Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Episodic Care Manager - Behavioral Health Autism Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical evaluation and review for prior authorization or transition of care needs
• Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding utilization management
• Provide mentorship and training support to new hires and manage UM queues and work assignments

Required Qualifications

• BCBA with at least 3 years of clinical experience
• Direct experience in utilization management, with a proven track record in the ECM role
• Expertise in UM functions and discharge planning
• Valid BCBA license within the US and application for NC license must be initiated
