Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Case Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure quality and efficiency in Case Management activities
• Provide guidance and support to staff while participating in process improvement activities
• Manage budget and scheduling oversight for the team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Social Work required; Master's Degree preferred
• Leadership experience and two or more years of healthcare experience preferred
• Current RN licensure required if applicable; Case Management Certification preferred
• Knowledge of case management practices and regulatory standards
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes
