Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager - NICU/Peds.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate care, resources, and services for members with a multidisciplinary team
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop tailored member-centric care plans
Monitor and manage member progress, adjusting care plans as necessary

Required Qualifications

RN with 3 years of NICU clinical and/or case management experience
Valid and applicable clinical license (NC or compact multi-state licensure)
Specialty certification (i.e., CCM) required within 2 years of employment
