Job Summary
Serving as a dedicated resource navigator, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Case Manager will identify employee needs, coordinate support, and connect staff with internal and community-based resources, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and assess employee needs to provide appropriate resource navigation and support
- Collaborate with clinical and peer support staff to facilitate referrals to external services
- Develop community partnerships to enhance resource availability and referral pathways for employees
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Three years of experience in a program related to case management or resource navigation
- Experience coordinating referrals to psychiatric, mental health, and substance use services
- Knowledge of community resources and social service systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
