North Carolina Licensed Case Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a North Carolina Licensed Case Manager, the remote telephonic RN or LPN will manage clinical evaluations and reviews, ensuring compliance with medical policies and guidelines while collaborating effectively with healthcare providers and documenting outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and evaluate assigned cases for medical necessity and compliance with care guidelines
• Communicate and collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to coordinate case management efforts
• Document clinical reviews and provide necessary information for secondary case reviews as needed

Required qualifications

• Valid and applicable RN or LPN clinical license (NC or compact multi-state licensure)
• Experience in behavioral health, particularly with eating disorders
• Ability to interpret and analyze clinical information effectively
• Strong understanding of medical policies and regulatory requirements
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours
