Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster II (Property, Auto, & Liability).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate the resolution of assigned claims within approved authority
• Document case action plans, settlements evaluations, and provide necessary documentation to management and customers
• Direct the litigation process, negotiate settlements, and evaluate damages and claims outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of job-related work experience or an Associate's degree with 2 years of job-related work experience)
• 2 years of area-related adjusting experience
• Valid adjustor's license in required states or ability to acquire within 6 months
• Experience analyzing laws, regulations, and contract language
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
