Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the North Carolina Licensed Claims Adjuster will create and audit damage estimates for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims while providing training and technical assistance on claims processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Create or audit estimates of damages on material damage losses across various severities
  • Negotiate settlements, document activities, and evaluate settlement alternatives while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers across multiple lines of insurance
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in body shop, collision repair, or automotive repair
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle damage assessment and repair recommendations
  • Claims experience with proficiency in CCC ONE
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage an independent schedule
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a collaborative team environment
