Job Summary

Analyzing and processing low to mid-level auto and transportation claims, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Claims Representative will manage property damage and injury claims, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Processes auto property damage and lower-level injury claims, assessing damage and ensuring accurate documentation
• Develops action plans to meet state-required deadlines and facilitate prompt claim resolution
• Communicates with insured, clients, and agents regarding claim actions and maintains professional client relations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements
• Knowledge of total loss processing and State salvage forms and title requirements preferred
• Ability to review and assess property damage estimates and negotiate claims effectively
