Key Responsibilities
- Drive client-based revenue through outreach programs and collaboration with internal teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with service provider clients and participate in business review meetings
- Analyze program performance metrics and manage a sales pipeline to achieve revenue growth objectives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in selling benefits, retirement, and ancillary solutions
- Experience with channel-based selling and Professional Employer Organizations or Payroll Service Bureaus preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Ability to create and manage sales and marketing programs
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
