Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client-based revenue through outreach programs and collaboration with internal teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service provider clients and participate in business review meetings
  • Analyze program performance metrics and manage a sales pipeline to achieve revenue growth objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in selling benefits, retirement, and ancillary solutions
  • Experience with channel-based selling and Professional Employer Organizations or Payroll Service Bureaus preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
  • Ability to create and manage sales and marketing programs
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
