Job Summary
Seeking a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Dietitian, the part-time remote position will assess patients' nutritional needs, develop individualized nutrition plans, and provide education and counseling to patients and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patients' nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on medical history and health status
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols for nutrition care
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
- Registered Dietitian (RD) / Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) designation required
- 2 years or more of clinical practice experience
- Licensed Dietitian status in North Carolina or ability to obtain licensure within 3 months
- Experience calculating and monitoring EN and TPN preferred
