Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Director to lead its clinical organization and drive operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformational initiatives and oversee execution of decisions to enhance customer experience
• Direct business organizational readiness and execute process enhancements for effective operations
• Conduct industry research to benchmark improvements and provide insights for clinical market transformation

Required Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 7+ years of operations/clinical expertise (RN or BHC) and/or business process experience
• 5+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience
