Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Teams for the Behavioral Health Utilization Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop operational strategies and innovative solutions for clinical oversight areas
• Manage operational performance of integrated clinical functions across multiple lines of business
• Oversee compliance and execution of all regulatory or accreditation activities and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
• RN, FNP or other APN certification; applicable behavioral health licensure considered
• Valid NC license or multistate compact license required
• 3+ years of direct supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience in behavioral health focused population health or utilization management
