Job Summary
A company is looking for an RN Clinical Nurse II - Nurse Connect - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Participates in identifying and meeting learning needs of self and patients
- Coordinates and evaluates patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Implements care plans and prioritizes tasks based on patient needs
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
- One year of nursing experience
- Must enroll in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Nursing within specified time frame if hired after January 6, 2014
