Job Summary
A company is looking for a RN Clinical Nurse II - Nurse Connect - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates and delivers patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting
- Participates in patient education and evaluates care outcomes in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Assesses patient needs and develops care plans while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
- One (1) year of nursing experience
- Must obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing within specified timeframes if hired after January 6, 2014
