Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Clinical Nurse II - Nurse Connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in patient education and assesses readiness to learn
• Implements and evaluates patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Develops and updates care plans while addressing cultural and ethnic issues in patient care

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing
• Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
• One (1) year of nursing experience
• If hired after January 6, 2014, must obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing within specified time frames
