Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Clinical Nurse II - Nurse Connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in identifying and meeting educational needs for self and patients
• Coordinates and evaluates patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Demonstrates competence in managing complex patient care and develops care plans with patients and families

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing
• Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
• One year of nursing experience required
• If hired after January 6, 2014, must obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing within specified time frame
