North Carolina Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to provide medication management and patient care in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmaceutical care, including evaluating biomedical literature and designing medication therapy regimens
• Provides patient education and counseling on medication therapy, compliance, and adverse effects
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to manage formulary adherence and optimize drug utilization

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Licensed in the state of North Carolina or eligible for reciprocity
• Immunization and non-vaccine injectable certification required
• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy
• No experience required; 2 years or more of experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and EPIC Medical Record preferred
