Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicare Part D Clinical Pharmacist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate CMS and pharmacy practice requirements into operational processes
- Ensure formularies are consistent with filed submissions and troubleshoot related issues
- Oversee pharmacy projects and present formulary updates to clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacy License in state of residence
- 2+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
- 1+ years of experience in a PBM and/or Health Plan
- Experience presenting formulary recommendations to clients
