Job Summary

North Carolina Licensed Clinical Pharmacist, responsible for providing integrated patient support and improving medication adherence through personalized relationships with patients and prescribers, in a remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret patient care notes for prior authorization and care plan development
  • Monitor patient adherence and evaluate therapies for side effects, recommending changes as needed
  • Supervise support personnel and ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree
  • North Carolina Pharmacist license required
  • 1+ years of experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of specialty medication pharmacology and pharmacy regulations
  • Willingness to obtain additional licensure if needed
