Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Clinician (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and improve member care quality and clinical outcomes
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop quality improvement tools and programs
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics of contracted providers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Master's degree in mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, or substance use
  • Two years of post-degree experience in the relevant field
  • Current unrestricted Active North Carolina Clinical License (LCSW, LCMHC, and/or LCAS)
  • Basic Certified Investigator (CI) certification to be obtained within the first nine months of employment
  • Preferred experience includes clinical services in a substance use treatment facility and quality improvement analysis
