Job Summary
To support a growing nursing marketplace, the full-time salaried North Carolina Licensed Clinical Quality Lead will define clinical standards, manage incident investigations, and develop educational resources, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define high-quality clinical care standards and monitor clinical quality indicators across the Float marketplace
- Investigate clinical incidents and lead root cause analyses to ensure safe nursing practices
- Translate quality findings into educational materials and maintain clinical policies and documentation standards
Required qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- Five or more years of nursing experience, including at least three years in clinical quality, patient safety, or risk management
- Experience conducting clinical incident investigations using root cause analysis and CAPA methodologies
- Strong command of nursing standards of practice and clinical documentation
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, fast-changing environment
