Job Summary

To enhance pediatric care quality, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Clinical Quality Specialist will manage data abstraction, collaborate with pediatric quality councils, and present findings while primarily working remotely with occasional in-person meetings.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct medical record abstraction and ensure compliance with quality improvement and reporting standards
  • Present data analysis results to healthcare providers and quality initiative teams, promoting best practices in documentation
  • Provide education and support to healthcare providers on patient care and documentation compliance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a state-accredited school
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
  • Three years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
  • Preferred experience in Pediatric ICU, Neonatal ICU, or Pediatric Sedation Clinic
