Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Risk Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver provider education on risk adjustment documentation and coding best practices
• Develop and maintain performance reporting and analytics for risk adjustment
• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and support audit readiness initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 3+ years of clinical experience or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 5+ years of clinical experience
• Previous work experience in risk adjustment or provider education roles
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred
• CPC or CRC certification required, with experience in ICD 10 CM and HCC coding
• CCS certification will be considered with applicable coding experience
