Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Provide treatment using various evidence-based approaches, including cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina
• 2+ years of professional experience post-master's degree providing behavioral health services (preferred)
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families (preferred)
• Experience with medical documentation and professional communication tools (preferred)
