Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member & Recipient Services Clinician (Sun-Wed, Remote NC).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical screening, triage, and referral for callers seeking mental health, substance abuse, or developmental disability services
• Handle telephonic requests for services and manage crisis calls, ensuring timely intervention when necessary
• Complete required documentation and assist with specialized departmental projects as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in a Human Services field or graduation from a State accredited school of nursing with relevant experience
• At least two years of post-degree progressive experience in the relevant population served
• Current and valid professional license or certification in North Carolina or from another state
• Experience in the public mental health field and knowledge of available services in the catchment area is preferred
• Prior experience in a Call Center environment in Behavioral Healthcare is valuable
