Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Specialist - Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze medical records and charts to evaluate provider coding and report data to CMS
• Ensure compliance with CMS Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) payment methodology
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with medical providers for onsite record reviews

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in a related field
• Certified Professional Coder or Certified Risk Coder
• Minimum of one year of risk adjustment experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and coding systems (preferred)
