Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote North Carolina Licensed Collection Representative will manage high-volume calls with consumers regarding past-due medical balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and consistently meet performance metrics while maintaining compliance and documentation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally and confidently
- Negotiate payment arrangements that align with both consumer needs and company goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all legal and compliance standards
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems while communicating
- Willingness to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year
- Reliable and responsible with a strong commitment to punctuality and productivity
- Successful completion of a company collector training program and background checks
