Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Supports Team Lead (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT) to guide a team of behavioral health professionals in delivering person-centered services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Qualified and Associate Professionals
- Provide direct therapeutic services and ensure compliance with clinical standards

Required Qualifications
- Licensure in North Carolina as LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC
- Minimum of 1 year of experience serving adult populations
- Experience in supporting or guiding clinical teams preferred
- Ability to provide clinical leadership and supervision
