Job Summary
Overseeing the construction loan process for owner-occupied real estate transactions, the remote North Carolina Licensed Construction Loan Administrator will manage documentation, coordinate with third-party inspectors, and evaluate loan risks while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Monitors the construction loan process and collaborates with stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements
- Reviews loan documentation for accuracy and compliance, communicating any deficiencies to relevant parties
- Engages third-party inspectors and title agents to ensure all necessary documentation and evaluations are in place
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Commercial Loan Administration, or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience
- Preferred experience in Financial Services or Commercial Real Estate Construction Administration
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
