North Carolina Licensed Controller
Job Summary
To support financial operations, the remote North Carolina Licensed Controller will lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Streamline financial reporting and analysis in collaboration with North America FP&A and key stakeholders
- Consolidate and analyze financial data to provide actionable recommendations on business performance
- Manage the Windows FP&A calendar and drive continuous improvements in reporting and analytics processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience as a financial analyst or accountant, with FP&A experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite; experience with Power BI is a plus
- Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems, such as SAP and OneStream
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and variance analysis
