North Carolina Licensed Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

Providing legal support and managing day-to-day contracting needs, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Corporate Counsel will draft, review, negotiate, and approve various commercial contracts while collaborating with internal clients and senior management in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and amendments, providing counsel on contractual and regulatory issues
• Assist with risk management and litigation issues, responding to inquiries from customers and business partners
• Support senior legal counsel with transactional matters, template updates, and special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of applicable experience
• Juris Doctorate (Required)
• Membership in the North Carolina bar
• Extensive knowledge of commercial contract law and corporate law
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and accurately under tight deadlines
