Job Summary
Providing oversight and technical assistance, the full-time North Carolina Licensed CQI Specialist will monitor Adult Services programs across 14-16 counties, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while delivering training and coaching remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor Adult Services program performance through case reviews, data analysis, and quality assurance activities
- Conduct compliance oversight to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and policies
- Provide on-site and virtual technical assistance and coaching across various Adult Services programs
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline and four years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree and six years of related experience
- Experience overseeing Adult Services staff and casework quality
- Proven ability to implement corrective strategies in Adult Services programs
- Expertise in interpreting and reporting county DSS performance data
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating Continuous Quality Improvement cycles
