Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Crisis Clinician (Full-Time Remote, North Carolina Based).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic screenings, triage, and referrals for individuals seeking mental health services
- Make clinical triage decisions and ensure timely connections to appropriate services while maintaining caller safety
- Provide support and consultation to non-licensed staff and assist with training new employees
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a Human Services field
- Minimum of three years of post-degree experience in mental health support services
- Current, active, and unrestricted behavioral health license issued by a North Carolina Professional Board
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws regarding client rights and confidentiality
- Ability to assess clinical needs and manage high-stress situations effectively
