Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Greensboro, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources
• Maintain accurate documentation and effectively multitask using various software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• North Carolina residency required
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a home office setting
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts post-training
