Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Crisis Counselor will assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, deliver crisis intervention services, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess risk levels and intervene appropriately in emergent situations
• Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically sound documentation while multitasking across software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• North Carolina residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space with reliable internet access
• Commitment to complete a six-week paid virtual training program
