Job Summary
Providing telephonic support as a first responder, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Crisis Counselor will deliver compassionate emotional support, risk assessment, and crisis intervention services while working remotely from Greensboro, NC.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
- Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple software systems effectively
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- North Carolina residency required for remote work
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space with a locking door
- Strong emotional resilience and multitasking skills
