Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Care Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop differential diagnosis
• Provide psychiatric medication management and create personalized treatment plans
• Manage a caseload of patients and conduct risk assessments and safety planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent
• Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree or equivalent
• Active license to practice in New York
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatric medication management
• Experience with clinical assessments, risk management, and validated clinical tools
