Job Summary
To enhance the Bank's digital security, the remote North Carolina Licensed Cyber Security Engineer will conduct application penetration tests, coordinate third-party vendor testing, and analyze vulnerabilities while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct application penetration tests on complex computer systems remotely
- Coordinate and oversee third-party vendor testing efforts
- Analyze, document, and communicate test results to stakeholders effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in systems engineering, networking, or information security, or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in application penetration testing techniques and tools
- Experience with pentesting frameworks such as OWASP and PTES
- Familiarity with tools such as Kali Linux, Burp Suite, and Jira
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
