To support the strategic goals of the organization, the full-time salaried North Carolina Licensed Data Director will oversee data management staff and database systems, establish governance structures, and collaborate with senior leadership to align data initiatives with business objectives, working remotely within North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and direct senior IT leadership, ensuring performance, development, and succession planning
• Establish a strategic roadmap for database and data warehouse services aligned with organizational priorities
• Oversee administration of enterprise databases and implement governance policies for data management and architecture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in database administration, data warehousing, or data engineering
• Valid driver's license
• Residence within North Carolina
