Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist RDN - Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 digital health services with customized patient plans based on individual goals and assessments
• Manage patient-related documentation and care coordination
• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
• Current RDN credential and active state licensure in at least one specified state
• Minimum of two years of nutrition coaching or counseling experience
• Experience in motivational interviewing and behavior change
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
