Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Care Management Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of operational strategies and policies for clinical oversight
• Oversee the operational performance of integrated population health management functions
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or 12 years of experience without a degree
• 5 years of direct supervisory or leadership experience
• RN, PA, FNP, or other APN certification; other applicable licensure may be considered
• Significant experience in population health management or care management within a healthcare organization
• Valid NC license or multistate compact license required
