North Carolina Licensed Enterprise Architect

Job Summary

Driving enterprise-wide execution of resiliency and scalability strategies, the remote Principal Enterprise Architect - Resiliency & Platform Engineering will lead cross-functional alignment, influence decision-making, and ensure high availability across technology portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise leader for resiliency and scalability outcomes, driving alignment across technology, operations, and business stakeholders
• Define enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business objectives and operational resilience requirements
• Lead the enterprise resiliency agenda by partnering with engineering, infrastructure, and risk teams to establish disaster recovery strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Application Development, Systems Engineering, or IT management, or a High School Diploma/GED with 14 years of relevant experience
• 15+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 10 years in enterprise, solution, or platform architecture roles
• Proven ability to drive alignment and execution across large, complex organizations
• Strong financial services experience with an understanding of regulatory resiliency expectations
• Exceptional ability to influence decision-making across executive and technical stakeholder groups
