North Carolina Licensed Epic Analyst

Job Summary

To support a southeastern-based client, the contract-to-permanent Epic Resolute HB/HB Claims Analyst will leverage their Epic Resolute HB Claims Certification and at least three years of experience to manage claims analysis and ensure effective application performance in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyze Epic HB claims applications to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve claims-related issues
• Provide expertise and support for Epic Resolute HB Claims certification requirements

Required qualifications

• Current Epic Resolute HB Claims Certification
• At least 3 years of experience as an Epic HB Claims application analyst
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment
