Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Regional Facilities Manager to oversee building operations and maintenance for a portfolio of facilities in the Raleigh/Durham market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level supervision to Facilities Managers, ensuring effective leadership and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for facility operations, maintenance, and capital improvement projects
  • Manage budgets and foster positive client relationships while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; management experience required
  • Strong lab/life sciences background is critical
  • Experience in staffing, training, and performance management is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
