Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foster Care Coordinator in the Asheville-Hickory Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, guidance, coordination, and intervention for assigned youth and families in the Foster Care program
• Ensure documentation compliance for foster children, manage health records, and oversee treatment plans and authorizations
• Exhibit trauma-informed practices in interactions with clients, peers, and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Valid Driver License and compliance with department credentialing and licensing standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must pass a drug screening test and extensive background check
