Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foster Care Coordinator in the Asheville-Hickory Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, guidance, and intervention to youth and families in the Foster Care program
• Ensure documentation for all foster children meets regulatory compliance and manage health records
• Display trauma-informed practices in all interactions and respond effectively to crises as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Valid Driver License and compliance with credentialing and licensing standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must pass a drug screening test and extensive background check
