Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foster Care Coordinator to provide support and coordination for youth and families in the Foster Care program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, guidance, and intervention to assigned youth and families in the Foster Care program
• Ensure documentation and health records for foster children meet regulatory compliance and manage treatment plans
• Display trauma-informed practices in interactions and contribute to achieving individual and team goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Valid Driver License and compliance with credentialing and licensing standards
• Must pass a drug screening test and extensive background check
• Meets designation as a Qualified Professional in NC
