Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foster Care Coordinator in the Yadkin County Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, guidance, coordination, and intervention to assigned youth and families in the Foster Care program
• Ensure documentation for all foster children meets regulatory compliance and manage health records and treatment plans
• Display trauma-informed practices in interactions with clients, peers, and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Must have a valid Driver License and meet credentialing and licensing standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must pass a drug screening test and an extensive background check
