Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foster Care Coordinator to provide support and guidance to youth and families in the Foster Care program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, guidance, coordination, and intervention to assigned youth and families
• Ensure documentation for foster children meets regulatory compliance and manage health records
• Display trauma-informed practices in interactions with clients and ensure effective crisis response

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Must have a valid Driver License and meet credentialing standards
• Must pass a drug screening test and an extensive background check
• Designation as a Qualified Professional in NC is required
