Job Summary

Supporting youth and families in the Foster Care program, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Foster Care Coordinator will provide guidance, coordination, and intervention while ensuring compliance with regulatory documentation in a hybrid remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support and intervention to assigned youth and families within the Foster Care program
  • Ensure all documentation for foster children meets regulatory compliance and manage health records
  • Utilize trauma-informed practices in interactions with clients, peers, and leadership
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Valid Driver License and compliance with credentialing standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and designation as a Qualified Professional in NC
  • Successful completion of a drug screening test and extensive background check
