Job Summary
Supporting youth and families in the Foster Care program, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Foster Care Coordinator will provide guidance, coordination, and intervention while ensuring compliance with regulatory documentation in a hybrid remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support and intervention to assigned youth and families within the Foster Care program
- Ensure all documentation for foster children meets regulatory compliance and manage health records
- Utilize trauma-informed practices in interactions with clients, peers, and leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Valid Driver License and compliance with credentialing standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and designation as a Qualified Professional in NC
- Successful completion of a drug screening test and extensive background check
